Questions people ask us
If yours is not here, write to us.
Do you take my insurance?
We are out of network with insurance plans and do not bill Medicare or Medicaid. We give you a monthly receipt you can send to your plan.
What is a superbill and how do I use it?
An itemized monthly receipt with the dates and kind of session. You send it to your plan, and the plan decides whether it reimburses part of out-of-network care. Therapy receipts carry a diagnosis code your insurer can see.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
If you pay without insurance, you have the right to a written estimate of your costs before you start. If the final bill is $400 or more above it, you can dispute it. It is not a contract.
How much does it cost and how do fees work?
Your fee is given to you in writing before you start, and you pay at the end of each session. How fees work explains the details.
Can I use an HSA or FSA card?
Yes, for both therapy and nutrition counseling.
What happens in the first session?
A conversation with Regina about what has been hard and what you want different. You are not weighed and not asked for numbers.
How often and how long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes. Your clinician sets the pace with you, and we do not promise a number of sessions.
Are you licensed where I live?
Regina and Eugene are licensed in Georgia and see people who are in Georgia during the session.
What do I do in a crisis?
Call or text 988, any time. In an emergency, call 911. This site is not monitored around the clock.
What is confidential and what are the limits?
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We explain the limits in writing before you start.
Do you see people under 18?
No. Fallow sees adults, 18 and older.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. A late change may be charged, and your written estimate says how much.
