With Eugene
Nutrition counseling
For adults in eating-disorder recovery who want help with meals, food fears and trusting their own hunger again.
Eugene Boyle is licensed in Georgia as a dietitian. Sessions are held at the Wynnton Road office or by video.

What sessions look like
Where you are now
Eugene begins with what you eat on an ordinary day, and with what feels hardest about it.
Small steps, in your order
A food that frightens you is not first on the list unless you say so. You help choose what comes next.
Practice, if you want it
Some people bring a grocery list. Some cook with Eugene's guidance. Some only talk. All are fine.
How Eugene works
Meal structure that serves you
Regular meals and snacks when they help, discussed with you and never handed down as rules.
With your therapist
Eugene and Regina compare notes on a regular schedule, with your written permission, so the plan stays one plan.
With your doctor
Eugene shares what your doctor needs to know, and asks what the doctor wants watched. He does not take measurements himself.
What this is not
Not a weight-loss plan
Nothing here aims to change your size.
Not calorie counting
No tracking apps, no totals, no scales in the room.
Not medical nutrition for another illness
If you also manage diabetes or a digestive condition, your doctor and Eugene decide together what he can safely take on.
How it is paid
Nutrition counseling is paid by you at each session, with a written estimate first. Some plans reimburse it only with a referral from your doctor, so ask yours before you start.
Three questions about this
Do I need to see Regina first?
Yes. Regina does the intake session and introduces you to Eugene if nutrition counseling fits.
Will you give me a meal plan?
Only if it helps, and only one you have helped shape. We never hand down rules for their own sake.
Does my plan cover a dietitian?
Many plans pay for nutrition counseling only with a referral. We do not bill plans, so ask yours about out-of-network benefits.
