What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached, the time that suits you and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing. We speak with your doctor or between our own clinicians only with your written permission.

This site

This site has no analytics, no tracking and no chat. Booking opens the practice's own online calendar in a new tab, which has its own privacy notice.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hello@fallowrecovery.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
