With Regina
Individual therapy
For adults in eating-disorder recovery who want one steady person to work with, at a pace they help set.
Regina Eaddy is licensed in Georgia as a professional counselor. Sessions are held at the Wynnton Road office or by video.

What sessions look like
A first session to listen
Regina asks what has been hard and what you would like different. You do not need to have words ready.
Then a rhythm that fits
Your clinician sets the pace with you. Sessions are 50 minutes, and how often you meet is decided together.
Between sessions, not homework
Some people like a small thing to try. Some do not. You choose, and nothing is graded.
The methods Regina uses
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Looking at how thoughts, feelings and eating habits connect, and changing one link at a time.
Acceptance and commitment therapy
Making room for hard feelings about food and your body while you act on what matters to you.
Where she trained
In your first session Regina tells you which methods she uses, and which training body taught her each.
What this is not
Not a diet or a weight plan
No goal weights, no calorie targets, no meal logs.
Not medical care
Vital signs, lab work and medication belong to your doctor.
Not crisis support
If you are in crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.
If you need help now
How it is paid
Therapy is paid by you at each session, and we give you a written estimate before you start. We give you a monthly receipt you can send to your plan.
Three questions about this
How long will I be in therapy?
Your clinician sets the pace with you. We do not promise a number of sessions.
Can I see Regina and Eugene both?
Yes. Most people do. They work from one plan and speak to each other with your written permission.
Do you work by video?
Yes, for people who live in Georgia. Say which you prefer when you write.
