Before you come
Your first session
It is a conversation. Regina listens, answers what you ask and tells you what she thinks Fallow can and cannot do for you.
You will not be weighed, and you will not be asked to describe your eating in numbers. If you would rather bring a friend to the waiting room, you can.
50 minutes, in person or by video
A written estimate comes first
Intake forms are sent to you in advance

How it goes, step by step
- 01
You write to us
Tell us what times suit you. We reply within one business day.
- 02
You get an estimate
Before your first session you receive a written estimate of your costs, and the intake forms.
- 03
You meet Regina
Intake is a first conversation. You decide at the end whether to go on.
- 04
A plan, with your team
If you want it, Regina introduces you to Eugene, and asks who your doctor is.
What the first visit includes
What we ask
What has been hard, what you want different, who is on your team now, and what times suit you. We do not ask for weights or numbers.
What we tell you
How Fallow works, how fees work, what is confidential and where the limits are, and what outpatient care cannot do.
What you take home
A next step, and the names of any clinicians you want to be in touch with.
Questions about the first session
What do I need to bring?
A way to pay, and your doctor's name and phone number if you want us to be in touch with them. Nothing else.
Can I stop after one session?
Yes. You pay for the session you had, and we give you the names of colleagues if you want them.
What is confidential?
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We explain the limits in writing before you start.
